"Charlene has a good way of communicating that some of this shit is hard, so it's okay to take it easy or modify the pose. Not every instructor does that, so it can be hard for a beginner, or even someone who struggles with certain poses, to take a class without feeling bad about themselves. I never feel that way with Charlene, she just meets me where I'm at and guides me to respect my body's feedback."
